“Ótimo custo-benefício”
The room was well organized, pet‑friendly, and the breakfast was delicious; however, the air‑conditioner didn’t work in heating mode and the phone receptionist wasn’t very friendly.

The breakfast was excellent, the service was good, and the room was very comfortable with a double shower that had good water pressure; slippers were also provided and useful, but the air‑conditioner unfortunately didn’t work, which affected the overnight stay; we didn’t request repair or inspection, but left a note for improvement.
The food was good, but the intercom was problematic.
The whirlpool and hydro‑massage were great, but there were some defects and dirt inside the hydro‑massage area.
