The hotel sat in a very beautiful and quiet setting on a mountain and by a lake. The breakfast was very good, featuring local products, and the staff were very friendly. The pool and wellness area were great. The cocktails were okay but not remarkable. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, and the room itself was very small. The lady at the reception spoke very poor English, making it difficult to ask questions.

The location was ideal for exploring the Dolomites and the views were stunning. The hotel itself was excellent, boasting top‑class leisure facilities such as a sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful, giving plenty of hiking tips for the area. The rooms were very spacious and had balconies. Dinner was a set menu that changed each evening, offering good options for all tastes. The only downside was that breakfast had limited choices compared to other hotels we stayed at in the region.

The location was great, the breakfast was awesome, and the wellness area was beautiful. The only drawback was that it was very far from the main slopes; the only slope that connects directly from the hotel is a red slope.
