Fabulous location, stunning room (I think we were upgraded), great breakfast, and the staff were good if ‘reserved’, except for the breakfast ‘front of house’…who was such a great guy! All good…nothing to ‘not like’.

We found the hotel flawless, with a French‑speaking receptionist who gave us solid recommendations, a very nice room, and a perfect location, plus an outstanding breakfast. Nothing else to mention.

The location is great but also far enough to not be very noisy. The staff were incredible and overall the property was excellent and charming. There was nothing we didn’t like!

The place is right in the centre, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast stood out for its variety and quality ingredients. No complaints at all.

A spotless hotel with a prime spot near the duomo—close enough to stroll but not too close. The breakfast spread was tasty, especially the espresso machine, and the lobby’s complimentary prosecco was a nice touch.
