The hotel was surprisingly efficient, with a fast check-in process and clean rooms.

The young lady at the front desk was very polite and courteous, and the room was very nice. The place was very clean and close to The Spectrum.

Brenya and I work together elsewhere; she came from a 24‑hour road trip and stayed at least 10 hours here, only going to bed late after snoozing on the bus. My room lacked a remote, so she had to fetch it from the storage room. The room was a handicap unit, and after showering I found a puddle covering half the floor—if I were truly handicapped I might have slipped, which explains the wet carpet; then the fire alarm rang.
