The host was very warm and you feel right at home. The property is very beautiful and quiet. We had a room with a balcony and a great view of the lake. Breakfast was tasty with salami, ham, cheese, and some sweet items, yogurt, muesli, everything you need 😊. The mattresses were too soft for my taste, but that’s common everywhere.

I really liked the warm welcome from the hosts; you feel at home immediately. The breakfast was amazing, it was a quiet place, bikes were available and that’s a big plus since there’s a bike trail along the lake, letting you reach Malcesine in just a few minutes. It’s a family‑run place where the hosts operate on a principle of mutual trust (for example, we can serve ourselves at the bar, we note what we’ve had and pay when the trip ends) – I think places like this are rare. Thank you very much for everything, I recommend it 100%. The only point I could mention is that the isolation between the rooms could be better.

The property was lovely. It sits right on Lake Garda. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, kind and personable. We did not have AC in the room.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, quiet and a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. For us, the location outside the centre was a huge advantage - it is a perfect place to truly relax, while still being within easy reach of the main attractions in the area. The apartment is beautifully situated among olive trees. The surroundings themselves are simply wonderful - ots of greenery, peace and quiet, and beautiful views. The large and convenient parking area is another great advantage, especially for guests travelling by car. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake and the olive trees. Having a morning coffee on the balcony with such a view is something that will definitely stay in our memories. These are exactly the little things that make a stay here so special and memorable. But without a doubt, the greatest asset of this place is the hospitality. Amelia, who takes care of the guests, is absolutely TOP! She is incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. From the very first moment, you feel truly welcome here. Her attitude towards guests is exceptional and deserves the highest praise. You can clearly see that she puts her heart into what she does and genuinely cares about making sure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after. We had a wonderful stay and have very fond memories of our time here. The beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet, the view of the lake, the olive grove, the convenient parking and, above all, the fantastic Amelia – all of these things make it very easy for us to recommend this place. If you are looking for a peaceful and charming place with beautiful views and a wonderful atmosphere, this is definitely worth considering. We were extremely happy with our stay and, if we return to the area, we would come back here without hesitation. Highly recommended! ❤️
