The location was fine and the reception staff were pleasant, but I would strongly advise against staying here because the conditions were utterly unacceptable and far below basic hotel standards. The room was severely neglected, with dirt and ferns hiding in the corners of the red carpet, and the worst part was a chair that had a cut‑off stranger’s nail under it, clearly showing how the room was “cleaned”. In the bathroom the door frame was completely warped, swollen from damp and falling apart, wires were haphazardly draped over the TV, and a frayed cable hung from the skylight. The most shocking issue was the lack of any real rest. The linens were washed, grey, and of questionable quality, and the bed itself was a disaster. The mattress lay completely loose, with no restraint, so it would slide off the frame with the slightest movement. I had to get up several times at night, struggle to pull the mattress back into place, and literally avoid landing on the floor with a thud. Paying for a stay in such conditions is a mockery of the customer and a waste of money. Moreover, you can’t sleep through the night because everything is audible from all directions. You don’t need an alarm clock; I guarantee that if someone wakes up earlier than you on the floor above, they’ll immediately rouse you. The picture of a tidy room on the website has nothing to do with what you actually find on site.

The location was very good, close to the city center, and there was parking on site. The breakfasts were very good, the staff were friendly, and I recommend it. The sofa that folds out in the four‑person room was hard to unfold and uncomfortable.
