I felt at home like it was my own estate, which was wonderful. Mr. José’s service was spectacular, and I rested wonderfully. Everything I liked.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement en République Dominicaine. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et le responsable a été vraiment génial. L’endroit est paisible, propre et bien entretenu, ce qui m’a permis de profiter pleinement de mon séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel en República Dominicana. La bienvenida fue muy cálida y el gerente fue realmente increíble. El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y bien cuidado, lo que me permitió disfrutar al máximo de mi estancia. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel y volveré con gusto!
Very calm and close to the airport; I’ll recommend it so others can enjoy a peaceful stay far from the bustle, and the rates are very economical.

I didn’t request breakfast. From the moment I arrived, the manager—an older man—treated me poorly because of my African background. He demanded payment immediately after I got out of the taxi, offering no welcome or any courtesy. I explained that I’d been traveling for 10 hours by road, needed a seat before paying, and wanted to see my room. I expected to be directed to the front desk, but he didn’t. When we reached the room, he shouted that I must pay now or leave, in a very disrespectful tone. As a woman, I felt threatened and left the room, meeting another guest who was shocked by his behavior and asked him to calm down. I showed him my ID, proving I work for a reputable organization that values respect for everyone regardless of skin colour, and told him I would report him. He only calmed after being admonished. I paid and left early the next morning; I’ll never return or recommend this place. The bed wasn’t made, the laundry was on the bed, and the bathroom mirror and wall had toothpaste splashes that hadn’t been cleaned.
