The owner truly went beyond expectations and was always helpful with fast responses. The hotel is in a great location near the main station, which makes getting around very easy. You can hear the trains during the day, but it is quiet at night, so we slept well. Nothing

I was impressed by the owner’s clear and quick communication. The apartment, freshly renovated, was ideally located—Kyoto station just 5 min away, To‑ji temple 8 min, convenience stores 2 min, and a mall 3 min on foot. The area felt very secure, and the room was comfortable with a duvet, pillows, and a well‑equipped kitchen that even had a water filter jug. Occasionally we heard trains, but even my wife, a light sleeper, managed to sleep soundly. Since we were the only guests, we could leave our suitcases in the entrance, which made the stay even more convenient. Thank you, Dear Miyabi, we’d love to come back!

The stay was excellent in every way. We were welcomed warmly and received the keys to our accommodation. The host showed a high level of commitment and friendliness. Providing a folder with detailed, self‑written instructions for appliances like the washing machine, shower, and air conditioner highlights the careful service. We give a wholehearted recommendation!

Everything about this place appealed to me. The host was very friendly and helpful, and she proactively reached out to us. The location is great, the place is spotless, and it has all the amenities we need.

Good value for money, within walking distance of Kyoto Station, a very clean room, comfortable beds, and a friendly owner. We stayed in December, so the toilet was quite cold, but a small air purifier with a heater function helped warm the bathroom area.
