The property is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable, charming, and immaculate, and the staff are incredible. The pool and garden are lovely, breakfast is terrific, and parking is easy with a valet service. The pool was a bit cold and could use a warmer temperature. The rooms have a bidet, and Uzes is lovely.

The staff are excellent, the courtyard is beautiful, and the location is great. The wardrobe in the room could have been larger or better for hanging women’s clothes – there isn’t much storage space.

We really liked the location and the access to the city, and we want to thank Marine at reception and Yacine the valet for their professionalism and friendliness, which greatly enhanced our stay during the Uzès festival in August. Marine, in particular, handled small inconveniences (the air‑conditioning failure) with skill. It’s a pity there isn’t a restaurant or bar inside the hotel; we hope the bar project lives up to expectations.
