The location is very near downtown yet remains quiet at night, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The two chairs in the room were quite filthy, but everything else was fine.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a great porch perfect for sitting and sipping morning coffee. The only downside is that while there is a microwave across the courtyard, having one in the room would have been handy.
