The bedding appeared clean and the mattresses were comfortable enough. However, the towels were greyish‑black and seemed dirty, so we brought our own. Water dripped from the bathroom ceiling, giving the impression it might collapse soon. We intended to raise the issue in person, but when we checked out, the office was locked even though it was within business hours, and we were eager to leave.
