How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We stayed on the 12th floor and the view was spectacular, the club option with all meals and drinks included turned out to be totally worth it, and the location was superb with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby – we’ll definitely be back.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was wonderful. I absolutely loved the beautiful décor throughout the hotel—it felt elegant, modern, and welcoming. The ocean views were breathtaking and made the experience even more relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return for another visit. While I enjoyed my overall stay, there were a few things that could be improved. I was a bit disappointed to be assigned a room on one of the lower floors, especially considering the cost of staying at the hotel. The rates are definitely on the expensive side, so I was hoping for a higher-floor room with an even better view. The shower had excellent water pressure, but unfortunately, water leaked onto the bathroom floor during use, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the service and overall experience were still enjoyable

The price‑to‑value ratio isn’t great; you can find comparable or better hotels for less, and the breakfast venue was a bit weak.
