“will never stay there again, I will be back in the area.”

The bed was decent, but the room was musty, unclean, and overall just nasty. The bathtub was broken, the mirror had fallen off the wall, and many outlets didn’t work.

“They will leave you in a serious bind, you don't matter”

Nothing, Even though my reservation had check in hours until midnight, and my reservation was in advance, they gave the room away. I was left without a place to stay with my daughter and Granddaughter. We ended up in a roach infested place with out hot water and couldn't sleep. They are dishonest and do not care about their customers. They left 0 messages and my phone had 0 contact attempts. I am contacting the corporate headquarters as soon as we recover from this nightmare

I booked a room, only to be told there were none available when I arrived, and the staff refused to refund me. The bed was filthy.

“Toilets all seem to be broken!”

The sheets looked clean at first, but the night manager wasn’t on site, so we had to wait for him to check us in. The first room had a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush and still had leftover poop; after calling him it took 15 minutes to get a new room, which had a fire alarm that chirped and he asked me to silence it by standing on the bed—something I refused because it was illegal. He then moved us to a third room that was okay, but each time we flushed the toilet water leaked from the back and flooded the floor. We left early, but not before trying the hot breakfast, which was awful, and the yogurt was at least a week past its expiry date.
