The stay was fantastic, the pool overlooking Soriano and the superb breakfast made it unforgettable. The room felt like a tiny apartment – clean and quiet, everything was top. Luckily I speak English because I couldn’t get through to an Italian operator on the phone, but once I reached the hotel the staff were bilingual and truly competent.

The ancient building offers an amazing view, is within walking distance of the main square, is well maintained, has a good bathroom ventilation system and air conditioning, and the village itself is beautiful. Breakfast fell far short of expectations (though the location is nice), with dry cakes and croissants, extra fees for eggs (except boiled), and watery cappuccino; however the bar in the main square serves cheap and good breakfast. There were no umbrellas at the pool, so no shade for sunbeds when it was 38 degrees outside.

The old palazzo in a charming village! The on‑site restaurant is good, and the staff are attentive and very helpful.

great place, had an issue with a broken blow dryer and no web service which was a problem, but other than those 2 issues we enjoyed the very large room and the huge continental breakfast

The location, restoration, and open common areas were great, but it’s hard to reach, the pool is tiny yet offers a beautiful view, and some rooms are a bit too dark.
