The river view and the spacious room were great, but the towels were in terrible condition and very small.

A pretty neat apartment that gets cleaned daily, and I’m glad there’s no humidity since I’m sensitive to it. The neighborhood feels funky and offers a different vibe from staying right in town center. Unfortunately, there’s no proper common area except for the kitchen, which is a shame, and no dedicated luggage storage. The place is noisy because it sits beside busy streets, and one room’s lock is hard to operate, so I woke up almost every night when the other guests used the bathroom; a small hook on that door would make locking quieter. Also, the city center is a half‑hour walk away—nice for me, but maybe not for everyone.

The location was convenient, but the noise was terrible and the mattress was awful – I couldn’t sleep there.

The room, kitchen, and toilets were clean.

Clean. The bath towels and polyester sheets are thin, and the place is very loud because it’s close to the airport, tram, and cars. The two blankets are light polyester. I only received automated messages—no human interaction, just orders and written info everywhere, totally dehumanized.
