A lovely spot with everything you need. The location is super convenient right beside the train station, shops, bus stops, night buses to the airport, and Hop‑On Hop‑Off sightseeing buses—all easily reachable.

A very enjoyable stay in Rome, the check‑in lady was pleasant. What mattered most to us was the proximity to the train station and airport transport.

Very close to the station, clean room. It would be nice to have a bottle of drinking water in the room.

The spot is great, but the building only has one elevator, which was broken on check‑out day and the host didn’t take responsibility for fixing it. We reported it before 7 AM and got a reply after 8 AM saying it was a management issue with the condominium. The stairs are in several sections, and no one came to help us with our luggage. At 76 I would have appreciated that.
