Everything was fine and the location was great. Even as a hostel, everything was fine.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, and the wine bar downstairs kept the party going until 1 am. The windows are big enough to keep the street noise out, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants just around the corner. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spotless, and it was a great deal. However, there was no secure luggage storage, and the only storage available closed at 1 am for some reason. Also, nobody was on duty until 11 am.

Nothing! I booked through Booking, paid, and three hours before check‑in I received a message saying there was a system error and the accommodation was full, asking me to cancel without cost. I had to scramble for last‑minute lodging at double the price. An irresponsible treatment of the customer!

The location and the cleaning were good. But the bathroom should be separated; men and women shared one bathroom and the floor made too much noise.
