The room was old, moldy, and the fridge was falling apart with rusted pieces; on top of that, there was no electricity. The “host” was incredibly irresponsible—she didn’t answer calls, didn’t fix anything, and I had to leave at night looking for another hotel room. If you rent an apartment from that woman, remember you’ll lose your money and get angry.

I hated everything—felt like a scam! I paid the entire stay in cash via Pix for the dates 14/02 to 16/02, but the building guard couldn’t find my reservation and I couldn’t reach the apartment’s representative. With my elderly mother, my elderly father, and my teenage daughter, I had to rely on family for shelter. No booking number or owner’s contact was available, so I lost the paid nights. The next day, 15/02, a representative called; I explained everything and she promised that in March 2026, on a date to be arranged, I would get the nights back as compensation.

The service was bad; I waited an hour outside for the key, forgot a charger in the apartment, and still haven’t received it because the staff simply ignores messages. I called, and she kept saying she hadn’t been to the apartment yet—this has been going on for three weeks, which is very sad and shows a lack of care. I’m sorry, but that was my experience.

The location is good, but the accommodation is in terrible condition for its price: the wall hanger for drying clothes is broken, held together with a knife and yellow tape; the coffee maker is broken; the shower faucet sprays without a spout; and the iron is broken. No further comments.
