Location, staff, and price are great. The facilities are aging, but the price is correct.

Great location. Extremely sweet staff. Clean. Free coffee and water refill. A friend got sick and they let us check out a little late so he could rest.

I’m just a few minutes from the pier, and at first the location might seem questionable, but it’s actually clean, safe, and the hosts are friendly—helped us with tours and tickets to Coron and never disappointed. They provide a place to hang clothes (if you’re on the second floor and don’t have a hook, grab one downstairs). The room is small yet cozy, spotless, with an air‑conditioner, a very comfortable mattress, a desk, a wardrobe, and enough space to fold things. If the shower water pressure feels low, that’s normal across the Philippines. The hotel itself has shops and a laundry nearby. For the price, the quality is a perfect 10/10.

Being a bit away from the city center means it’s pleasantly quiet.
