“I won’t be staying there again unless there are some major improvements”
The distance to everything was nice. However, the cleaning supplies were left in our room, the bed was uncomfortable, the door handles were broken so we had to remove a handle from the fridge to open it, the TV was very old, and the other families’ rooms were so smoky we couldn’t breathe and had to buy odor eliminators. Ozone should be used in those rooms if they’re that bad, and the ashtray was cleaner than the room itself. One TV didn’t even work. The place overall feels outdated, needs many repairs and new furniture. At $80 a night it’s cheap but not worth it; a hotel I worked at before cost the same and was better, had more to offer, fixed things promptly, and the staff were genuinely nice even if they had to put on a professional front.
