From the moment I stepped into the foyer to check in, I was greeted warmly and the front desk staff were very helpful. They upgraded my room from a single king‑size bed to two queen‑size beds, which was very accommodating. My entire stay was pleasant, and the room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

The setting was quiet, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating, always eager to fulfill any request; the complimentary cookies at reception were delicious and always available on demand. It was nice that the hotel offered a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests, and the pool was also lovely. After a long day in the city, we could relax well in the hotel and in our room.

The location is quiet and nice. The staff are very pleasant, the breakfast is very tasty, and there’s the possibility to relax with children. However, the curtain in the bathroom was dirty.
