The reception was friendly, the facilities were solid, the area stayed quiet even close to the city, and the nearby river was a real highlight. Minor details were a bit lacking.

The garden layout was lovely, surrounded by a few well‑designed mini houses with high‑quality furnishings, and the covered pool was tidy. However, the property consists of about ten separate mini houses spread far apart in a park‑like setting, far from any infrastructure and the nearest beach; driving is essential. It reminded me of a South African lodge. Despite a rough, gravel road to the site, we were overall satisfied, but you must know what you’re booking. It’s perfect for those seeking escape or complete silence, and animal lovers who don’t mind cats joining breakfast will enjoy it. The biggest gripe is the breakfast: everything must be ordered separately and priced individually. We paid 50 € for a modest breakfast and got nothing special. Coffee costs 2 €, plus an extra 8 € for coffee, but we were generously not charged for the coffee. Still, it’s overpriced and inappropriate, and that alone makes us unlikely to return.

The pool was especially impressive, and there was nothing to complain about.

A charming hotel with meticulous, character‑filled décor that could belong in the best design magazines; the owner and her team were delightful, attentive, and always offered great advice. Tranquil and ideally located near the most beautiful beaches of Corse‑du‑Sud, this place is a true paradise for nature lovers.
