The only good thing was that the hotel sits on the shore of Lake Ohrid, but the beach was dirty. The food had a limited selection yet tasted good. The hotel itself was terribly filthy and the staff were extremely rude, with a few exceptions. We traveled with a group of kids for a music contest; two of them were put in a room that had a crushed dirty shirt or a pillowcase on the chair, smelled of cigarettes, and had ash on the table and floor. In our room, there were mice under the sheets and spider webs; the bathroom also had mice, and the toilet was clogged. In the restaurant one evening someone spilled soup that dripped from the table onto the floor. Nobody cleaned up all night, even though a staff member was standing right next to the soup but pretended not to notice. Many people struggled to pour themselves. The hotel had a broken door, exposed plaster, and mold on the façade.

The location was good, the hotel looked prestigious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC, Wi‑Fi, and elevators were all fine. However, the staff were rude. First, I was told the spa opened at 9 am and closed at 9 pm, then they corrected me that it actually opened at 6 am and closed at 9 pm. The bathroom had cracks, and the central drain was disconnected and fell into a hole.

The location and view were perfect, and the family room had more than enough space. It just needs a renovation, especially the shower enclosures in the bathroom.
