The staff were friendly and the beach was nice, but you had to pay to have your room cleaned and for extra linen; staying a week turns that into poor practice, and if the hotel offered free daily cleaning and new towels & linens it would have been more enjoyable.

The pool was lovely and the hotel faced a beach, with a small nearby restaurant called Café Royal run by a French owner and a very friendly team. However, the junior suite’s air‑conditioning broke and flooded the bathroom overnight, and the guard said we couldn’t change rooms; the cleanliness needed work, the bathroom was poorly maintained, the curtains didn’t block any light, breakfast only started at 8:30 am so we missed it for an 8 am excursion, we waited over an hour for pancakes even though only six of us were at breakfast, the hotel was a little far from the rest of Hurghada, and part of the pool water was dirty and stagnant.

Nothing special! Just bad. The pre‑booked transfer to the hotel failed, so we had to find a taxi at the airport. The hotel looked unoccupied, and we were surprised when we tried to check in at what felt like a construction site. After seeing the room, we immediately looked for another hotel. The room was like an aquarium, with glass all around the window side that we couldn’t open because a hallway ran between our room and the exterior windows. The mattresses were completely sagged. The pool had no water, the beach was littered. When we complained at the front desk, the lady pretended she didn’t understand us. We asked her to call a taxi, but she refused. Please remove this hotel from your program.

I was drawn to this hotel's unique Egyptian style, which was still very much evident throughout the property. The spacious outdoor area was a lovely feature, and I appreciated the opportunity to relax in such a beautiful setting. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and organization of my room, as well as the basic and repetitive breakfast service.

I was impressed with the friendly and attentive staff at this hotel, who were always willing to lend a helping hand. However, I was disappointed with the high prices and limited selection of food at the restaurant, as well as the cleanliness of our bathroom, which seemed somewhat neglected. Overall, my stay was a mixed bag, with some highlights and some areas for improvement.
