“it was ok, just spoilt by the noise and the shower - disappointed”
The food and service were decent, but the noise from the room below was unbearable, especially at 2 am when I had to ring reception because it was so loud. I didn’t expect that level of disturbance from a hotel in such a rural setting. The doors banged early the next morning, and I ended up having a quieter night at a Premier Inn. The shower in my bathroom was over the bath and kept sliding down the rail, and the shower head wasn’t clean.
