How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs, centrally placed and close to excellent restaurants. The laundry service was terrible: it took forever to get the hotel to pick up the laundry, and when I chased it back, items were missing. I was not impressed at all.

The location was nice, easy walking distance to sights, and the breakfast room had a good view. They gave us a cake in the room and there was fun dressing up in the lobby. The room looked good when you entered, but on closer inspection it was tired; the carpet was stained and not pleasant to walk on barefoot. The biggest disappointment was the balcony overlooking the garden. The management photos were misleading: you can’t sit out because it’s next to two kitchen vents that emit fumes, and the noise was a bit crazy. The garden is full of dead plants and cigarette butts. The photos on Booking look lovely, but I’ll include my own.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the concierge department is superb; Bayram was especially helpful with everything, and Erturan was also great.

The reception staff – Gullu, Sena, Hikmet, and Erturan – were all very friendly and efficient.
