“Gem in Fremantle”
The lady who welcomed me was incredibly friendly and kind, going the extra mile to make me feel at home, and there was nothing negative.

A truly beautiful place to stay with lovely rooms, a comfortable bed, and very clean surroundings, plus a great breakfast.

The location and historical significance of this beautiful ‘home’ were impressive; it was our first stay in a heritage building with stunning artwork and artefacts, and I wish there had been more time to explore the old books and other items.

Location. Staff pleasant. Room clean. I chose the budget room and it felt musty. While I appreciate it may have been the Victorian era style, I felt boxed in. Also the shower recess was so tiny, you'd struggle to use the bathroom if you were a taller bigger person. I also felt that breakfast starting at 830 was too late on a saturday if you want an early start. Outdated booklet for nearby attractions - not sure why it just wasnt removed. The price was fair, the experience was pretty basic
