“Delicious food, professional staff”

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Bernadeth at the Turquoise Restaurant who remembered our table and drinks, always polite and smiling, and ready to fulfill any request. The food was delicious; my husband, a gourmet, was thrilled and praised the menu as amazing. There were plenty of boardgames, billiards, table tennis, and other entertainment options. The chat team—Polina, Korax, and Ata—were very helpful. We’ll definitely return. The ventilation had issues: a septic smell in the mornings and a smoking odor after a room change, but it was a minor detail that didn’t affect our stay.

Отдыхали всей семьёй неделю в конце сентября, с пятилетним сыном. Уезжали с ощущением, что нас здесь действительно ждали. Начну с главного - с людей. У нас были персональные менеджеры в WhatsApp: Polina, Koray Ozdemir и Ata Ates. Это тот случай, когда сервис работает не по инструкции, а по-человечески. Любой вопрос решался за минуты, в любое время суток. Ни разу не пришлось ничего напоминать или переспрашивать - всё, о чём договорились, было выполнено ровно так, как обещали. Такого уровня внимания я не встречал нигде. При заселении нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера до Family Room, хотя мы ни на что не рассчитывали и приехали поздно вечером. Приятно, когда отель делает такие вещи сам, без просьб. Отдельная история — день рождения сына, которому исполнилось пять. Пока мы были на завтраке, номер украсили шарами - ребёнок, когда открыл дверь, визжал от восторга. Торт, поздравление в детском клубе, всё до мелочей. Для нас это была самая важная часть поездки, и отель сделал её идеально. Детский клуб Rixy - лучшее, что мы видели. Ребёнка было не вытащить. Аниматоры работают профессионально и с душой, программа насыщенная, детям по-настоящему интересно, а не просто «посидеть под присмотром». Территория огромная, зелёная, сосновый лес, ухоженные дорожки - гулять одно удовольствие. Море кристально чистое. Аквапарк, бассейны, пляж - всё на высоте. По ресторанам: Mandarin был включён в проживание дважды, а сходили мы туда три раза — отель пошёл навстречу без вопросов. Кухня там отличная. Из платных брали Mermaid - рыба и морепродукты на высоком уровне. Вернёмся обязательно. Пляж песчано-галечный, а не песчаный - заход в море комфортнее в коралловых тапках. Для нас не проблема, но с маленькими детьми стоит знать заранее. Основной ресторан - на хорошем уровне, но меню за неделю начинает повторяться. Нас это не смутило, тем более что а-ля-карт рестораны полностью закрывают этот вопрос

The property is huge, clean, and cozy, and you can walk calmly from the rooms to the main building. The food is plentiful and tasty, even for picky eaters. The only downside is that you have to repeat your request a few times over the phone at reception, but the personal managers—Polina, Koray, and Ateş—handle everything instantly and efficiently, so no need for repetition.
