I recently had a frustrating experience with my booking, which was made through your platform. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't acknowledge the reservation I made through you, forcing me to book offline instead. I'd appreciate it if you could take steps to prevent similar issues in the future, as it caused me some inconvenience. The experience left a negative impression, and I suffered a loss due to the booking not being recognized.
