The staff were very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is in a very quiet area and there is absolutely nothing to complain about regarding comfort and cleanliness. It is close to all amenities, including buses, the metro, Taksim Square, Galata Tower, and Karaköy. If I return to Istanbul one day, I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in the hotel and found that the shower cubicle lacked a glass wall, causing water to spill outside. The spray head didn’t work, the bathroom was dusty, and not all switches operated. Some outlets and furniture fittings were broken, walls were dirty, and mold appeared on the bathroom ceiling. The coat hooks were also broken; I captured everything on photo and video.

The location, value for money, and excellent service were all very good, but the television had no signal.

The staff are very kind and friendly, the room is always clean, and we liked the location the most because it’s only a 2‑minute walk from the Galata Tower.
