Clean and helpful. The breakfast delivery was a bit odd—served outside the apartment, or you could have the operator come in. The old structure with low arches and stairs to the rooms could use a note.

Breakfast was great, but there were many little flies everywhere, so they had to use a lot of perfume. It was too much.

The apartment was very clean, but the breakfast was simple and unremarkable. Having only sugar with croissants isn’t ideal; yogurt was offered but no savory options like eggs. Overall, it felt expensive for such an average breakfast.

Loseto is a historic village outside Bari with a beautiful baroque town center and small baroque houses—very nice. Unfortunately, the surrounding rental houses are somewhat run-down. The apartment sits in the picturesque center, 50 m from the church and bar. It was advertised with a parking space, 24‑hour reception, English‑speaking staff, and comfort, yet there was no reception. We received nine rude Italian text messages about arrival time and a key safe to avoid “service.” The messages arrived only after we arrived (the host apparently had IT issues), and we couldn’t find the apartment even with Google Maps and the car’s GPS. A very rude woman (the host?) on the phone didn’t speak English and reacted poorly to my broken Italian. She sent a young woman who was also overwhelmed. Help and explanation came from a neighbor. The air conditioning didn’t work due to a broken remote, so it was only partially functional. The key we were handed was also wrong, but we noticed this in time. The apartment is a cellar vault with no windows; light comes through two doors and two small skylights. The bedroom has no skylight and feels more like a cave. The shower is a plastic fixture with no water pressure and very dilapidated. The parking lot is a fully parked courtyard, only accessible to small cars because the lane to the apartment is only about 2 m wide. This is far from what the photos and “reviews” on the booking site show. The tone of the children: this is all fake, scam…

The location is very quiet in a lovely little village. I only stayed one night, so I didn’t get to experience much, but the breakfast was very filling! However, there’s a small dog in the courtyard that has been tied up day and night since it was a puppy, now 14 years old, never walked, never loved, tied 365 days every year, and I think it may be going blind—this breaks my heart, so if anyone reads this please act for it and let it finish its life in better conditions 🙏🙏🙏🙏🫶🥰
