The room turned out to be wider and cleaner than I had imagined, but finding YouTube on the TV was a hassle.

The spot and the facilities are great, and the staff—especially Ellie at reception—are wonderful! The room this time wasn’t as nice as the one I stayed in last time.

The location is good, but the doors are scuffed, the furnishings look worn, and the overall condition of the hotel is disappointing. The windows don’t insulate well, so I could hear road noise, and there was no dental kit in the room even though it’s marketed as a “5 star hotel.” Half of the breakfast was misplaced, and I was initially given the wrong room. The bathroom desperately needs re‑grouting and repairs.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive, the room was beautifully presented and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring London. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh, high-quality choices. Nothing at all. My stay exceeded expectations, and l wouldn't change a thing. I look forward to returning
