The front desk staff were very nice and professional, and the bed, shower, and TV were all good. However, the refrigerator handle and sofa were very worn and torn, the remote battery door was missing, the best phone wasn’t working, the elevator was out of service for long stretches, and there were no straws anywhere on the premises.

I decided to stay here at the last minute and it turned out to be great in a pinch—just a few steps from restaurants and good value overall. The only downside was the small parking lots.

Breakfast was decent, though it would have been nice to have bacon at some point. The location was good, close to many stores and food places. The hotel needs to clean its carpets; each room has a small stain and I had to buy carpet spray to deal with the older ones. The fridge needs to be painted and the bathroom cabinets could be cleaned better.
