The spot is great and quiet, surrounded by shops, coffee shops and restaurants, and a tram takes you close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is near the beautiful park ‘Stromovka’ and the shopping mall ‘Stromovka Centrum’. The place has a lot of potential, but it’s unfortunately very outdated.

The nights were noisy because of student groups, and they charged me more money than what was agreed on booking; when I called to request a refund, no one answered the phone.

I’ve stayed here twice already and I’m satisfied. The location is fantastic, and the breakfasts are great. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Prague. The only surprise was when the lady in charge of breakfast asked me for my room number during the meal, but otherwise it was fine.
