“Péssimo”
The breakfast was tasty but limited, served starting at 8 am, which is inconvenient for early risers with appointments; the staff were polite. However, they failed to show that a ramp existed for entering the property, which was crucial because my brother has special needs and it was very difficult to navigate the ramp, creating a fall risk. They should have displayed everything in photos and not hidden important details. I paid 1400 reais for a room with a bathroom, but the bathroom was in a hallway, requiring passage through other rooms. It was not cleaned regularly, stayed dirty and wet, and no one came to clean it. They did not offer room cleaning. The bathroom was small and hard to maneuver for people with special needs, and the beds in the room were too close together, making it hard to move between them.
