“Very friendly manager, good location and breakfast/dinner.”
A super friendly hotel manager who really enjoys helping out, and the breakfast we had after climbing Adams Peak was great!

Summary of this review
The customer service is top‑level, not just for guests but also for the chauffeurs and guides. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing accommodation at Nallathaniya (Adam's Peak).

Terence the host was the highlight of our stay; he cares deeply for every guest and wants everyone to enjoy themselves. The rooms were clean, with warm blankets, mosquito nets, a warm shower, tea on arrival, and excellent breakfast. Even when I had a stomach ache, he offered local tips that really helped.

The location is unbeatable, literally next to the start of the route to Adam's Peak. The food is especially noteworthy: homemade breakfasts and dinners that taste amazing with authentic local flavors. The room has a very comfortable bed and we were given extra blankets for the cold. The staff were extremely kind and helped us organize our trip to Nuwara Eliya with great recommendations. Totally recommendable.

The location is close to Adams Peak, the host was friendly and spoke good English, and he supplied lights for our nightly ascent and cooked for us the evening before so we didn’t have to worry about food. He arranged a tuk‑tuk to our next destination because it was off‑season and services were scarce, and we received an update that the room was available for a little extra. The kittens were adorable 🥰. I’d recommend it! Nothing specific about the stay, but note that hot showers can be difficult; in the middle of nowhere you shouldn’t expect a very hot shower, it’s actually cold because you’re in the mountains.
