“Perfect stay”

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a lot of variety in the breakfast. The location was perfect in the center and near everything.

The location is very good, the hotel exudes luxury. The rooms are small but very tidy, with good air‑conditioning. The water pressure was low in the shower but was fixed after reporting it. The reception is pleasant. The beds and fridge are good. However, we miss real service for a hotel with these stars and price. We didn't feel welcomed. In the evening there was nothing to do; the outdoor area is nice but it lacks atmosphere, lighting, music, or staff asking if you want a drink. It is quite dull, fine for sleeping and the location is top, but that’s it. We expect nothing more. We were outside for a bit and a staff member was very rude and brash because he thought we were “closing.” We stayed in the hotel and did not take drinks (which were also not actively offered). At 22:00 we were still on the terrace when all the lights went out; when we asked if the lights could be turned on, an older gentleman answered that it was “automatic.” We then found ourselves in the dark, no light or candle would turn on. That older gentleman told us he was going to “close” soon. The next time he came in, he was furious and shouted: “senioritas! We are closed now!!” We found this extremely unfriendly; the customer is king and you can also say it politely. For a price of 1500€ for three nights for two rooms, you should expect good service. Unfortunately, that is why we will not book here again, even though it is a very nice hotel. Too bad!

Breakfast was generally good. Ice‑cold eggs are not a highlight. A little more spread would have been nice.
