How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was pretty nice but a bit remote, the food was tasty, and the staff were polite, so it was worth the price. The downside was that the road to the hotel is dusty, which most car‑hire companies don’t allow, and that wasn’t mentioned.

A wonderful stay at a hotel with a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!. N/A

A beautiful hotel in a dreamy setting within a nature reserve. The rooms were comfortable and fully equipped. The staff were extremely kind and took care of everything. When I had a minor accident, they immediately helped, arranged a driver to the hospital, and covered all medical costs—an act that moved me deeply. We stayed three days and truly relaxed. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful; we couldn’t finish everything. The pool and outdoor area were nicely laid out, very clean, and beautifully lit at night. From the roof terrace, the sunsets were breathtaking and romantic. One morning we even spotted a flock of flamingos—just wonderful.
