The team was super nice and helpful. Because of the things mentioned below we complained and got a cheaper room. Although promised, there was no microwave, TV, restaurant, terrace, city view, dining table, desk, 24‑hour reception, or breakfast offered, yet we didn’t use them. The question was where it would come from since there was no restaurant and where we would eat since there was no table. Very disappointing because the team was so nice.

I booked and told them my arrival time, but there was no one there and I was left hanging. Two days later I still hadn't heard anything from the place.

Very close to the airport and the host was quick to reply and helpful, even offering tea and coffee. However, the bed linens and towels didn't look fresh, so we requested new ones; the host swapped the sheet right away, but basic cleanliness should be sorted before guests arrive. Overall, the room wasn't very clean, there was no hot water (the host said a recent cyclone caused the issue, but it should have been fixed the day after we left), and there was no TV as advertised. The host seems to want to do well but needs to raise his standards.
