The receptionist. She trying to give the best service to customer but, all i didn’t like about the hotel was not under her control…. Not enough towel. Broken tiles. Air conditioning not cold. Whole hotel only 1 fan remote control. Water pressure slow. Iron board dirty

The hotel sits in a strategic spot with a port restaurant right in front and a family mart near Caltex just a short walk away. The shower water comes out very slowly, so I had to use the toilet water instead, and the air conditioning leaks into the tiny room. I could hear the neighbors from the adjacent room.

The hotel’s location was fairly good, but the room was filthy, the facilities were sub‑par and I wouldn’t recommend it.
