The location and room cleanliness were great, the bed was large, and the shower was especially roomy. The staff were very responsive on WhatsApp, giving all the necessary check‑in instructions. I didn’t receive towel changes, and I heard several other guests complaining about the key‑login system for the rooms (being digital with codes and then rotating the knob).

The location, easy access, and communication with the manager were all good. The entrance to the apartment had the kitchen right next to the front door.

The staff were extremely helpful, staying late when needed—well deserved praise. The location was close to the metro stop. The bathroom was very small.
