I'm still trying to wrap my head around the complete disaster that was my stay here. The hotel seemed to be operating on a completely different level, with no regard for customer satisfaction. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the management's attitude was appalling. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place has its charm, but it's not without its quirks. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made up for the slightly noisy rooms. I'd stay here again, but only if I could get a room on a higher floor.

The counter staff were really nice and accommodating - they even gave me a hair dryer and iron when I asked for them. Unfortunately, the hotel's location wasn't as convenient as I thought it would be.

The staff here were absolutely top-notch - they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. I found hair on the floor, dirty towels, and a general air of neglect.
