We were turned away at check‑in because the hotel said a 1‑year‑old counts as an individual and must be added to the booking; we had been traveling for two weeks in Turkey and no other place asked for that. We didn’t request a crib or anything extra since the child sleeps between the parents. They insisted we couldn’t have 2 adults and 1 child in one room, so we booked two rooms for 3 adults and 2 kids, yet they refuse to refund us.

“Perfect location. Excellent staff”

Emir at the front desk was outstanding—super helpful and kind. The suites were well equipped with a fridge and washing machine, and the housekeeper was lovely. The only downside was that some areas felt a bit tired, probably because the property is older.

“Je vous le recommande+++ j’y retournerai!”

J’ai été vraiment agréablement surpris des équipements présents dans mon hébergement!!! Nous avions vraiment tout le confort jusqu’au petit jacuzzi dans la chambre ça c’était vraiment top !!! Dès le départ nous avons été très bien accueilli avec un personnel à notre service et très agréable! L’environnement géographique était parfait avec une vue magnifique. Au niveau de l’hygiène c’était très très propre !. Il n’y a rien que je n’ai pas aimé tout était parfait!

“Great value stay for a short trip”

The hotel is close to the Marina and the staff are friendly and helpful. We weren’t allowed to pick our preferred room, so we were assigned a ground‑floor room opposite the reception, which was sometimes a bit too noisy.
