“Bra hotell, anbefales!”

The hotel sits in the centre and there’s a small shopping mall with a grocery store right next door. It was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and solved problems quickly. Breakfast was decent. The hotel itself has no restaurant; the attached restaurant is far away and takes a long time to get food. There are no other restaurants nearby, though a supermarket next to the hotel offers hot meals. The housekeeping staff need better training on cleaning routines (for example, knowing which rooms require cleaning). Several times we had to ask for replenishment of essentials like soap, towels, and toilet paper, but it was resolved fairly quickly.

“It’s a very bad place to stay you can fool sick”

The location was the only thing that mattered. Service was terrible, the cleanliness was extremely poor, breakfast was dangerously bad and could make you ill. The staff were filthy 😰😡😏😏😏😒😒.

The location was good, the receptionist helpful, the room and bedding very clean. The automatic key card was faulty, which made me nervous because I couldn’t leave the door open as advised; as a foreign lady, this should be avoided.

Breakfast was suitable, but the towels were slightly off‑colour.
