The food quality was excellent and the pool was nice, but the beds were terrible, the room level was not respected, there was a check‑in error, and the staff were not motivated to try English.

“Ci vuole più cura nei dettagli del servizio”

The breakfast was wonderful and the dinner was very good. The room was very large, but it lacked a bidet and it’s time to add one. The terrace outside the reception was very dirty, full of crumbs and people’s leftovers on the tables, never cleaned at night, only around nine in the morning. The waiters at dinner were slow and didn’t clear dirty dishes immediately; empty bottles stayed on the table and all tables had no tablecloths.

The hotel was beautiful, well‑designed, and spacious throughout; breakfast was very good but cost €20.50 per person per night, which is high. During check‑in we were told that we could only stay in a pricier room with a dog. When we complained, we were told we should have booked directly with the hotel instead of through a booking portal, otherwise this would not have happened. We travel a lot but have never experienced this before, so the hotel should not list itself on a booking portal.
