The rooms are very small, but considering the price and the central New York location, the hotel is excellent. It’s right in the heart of the city, so almost any destination is within walking distance. The hotel feels high‑end and quality‑oriented, except for the room size. The lobby is nice and the lifts have a clever system that works well. The rooms are tiny, with the shower and toilet essentially just cabins, so there’s no separate bathroom, but they’re well thought out. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the room and don’t mind limited privacy, the size isn’t a huge issue. The air‑conditioning is loud, which is annoying. We stayed in two rooms on separate occasions. One room was next to an electric cupboard, adding extra noise. The other room was slightly larger but some charging ports didn’t work. A few receptionists weren’t friendly.
