The place isn’t scary or smelly, and the owner was very helpful and arranged cleaning for us. The price matches the quality, it’s quiet at night, and the internet is okay. The location is in a small alley that cars can’t enter, so I had to walk about 20 metre with my luggage, baby stroller, and other stuff. At night the dogs bark, so you need to be brave to pass the dark alley, but thankfully they’re not stray; they belong to the neighborhood. Mosquitoes are also a problem at night because the pantry and toilet have open air spaces that let them fly in. The owner was great and lent me mosquito spray.

The facilities are good, but the place isn’t accessible to drivers because it sits on a narrow path. It’s only a 2–3 minute walk to the main road, so that’s fine, just watch out for the dogs there.

It’s brand‑new and super comfortable with a tiny kitchen. The bed and air‑conditioning are great, and the location is very convenient, not far from busy Seminyak. Cheap warungs are right around the corner. I was warmly welcomed at night after a long flight, and they helped with my luggage. Very nice!

DO NOT BOOK HERE I GOT SCAMMED! I contacted them when I got there so many times and no one was there. I was forced to book somewhere else. Contacted them and they both said to just contact each other and both said they won’t refund me. Highly unprofessional and highly suggest to NOT book here. DO NOT BOOK HERE I GOT SCAMMED!
