“It was the first and last time I booked accommodatio in this hotel”
Honestly, there’s no security—everything was handled over the phone, the building feels old, towels look dirty and worn, cobwebs are everywhere, the AC is noisy, the TV is low quality, sand is on the sheets, and the room smells damp. The breakfast was awful: scrambled eggs were dry, cold, and tasteless; coffee cups were chipped and greasy as if never washed; the meat was tough and undercooked; overall the food was unpalatable, and the service felt indifferent to quality. The hotel feels more like a workers’ lodging than a family holiday spot, and the pool is unpleasant—dirty water that appears uncleaned.
“We usually stay in Microtel, Cabanatuan City”
I like the place, the hotel facilities, the staff, and the food—nothing significant to note.
The bed had mites or something that bit my whole body.
“The staffs are all awesome starting from the security to the front desk as well as the housekeeping”
Breakfast is great, but it would be nice if they added pancakes or waffles.
“Don’t trust the details this property post online”
The breakfast was decent, but it would have been nicer if they offered juice and a wider selection of fruit. The room arrangement was messed up: I booked a regular room for 4 people with two beds and a suite for 2-3 people, yet the front‑desk staff Rhia ignored that and charged me extra, saying there were 2 people in the regular room and 1 in the suite, and then added a breakfast fee for everyone.
