The property was clean, well‑located, had friendly staff, and the breakfast was very good, but the surrounding area was a monstrously ugly mix of retail, business, and apartment buildings.

The scrambled eggs were great and the gluten‑free bagels were a pleasant surprise, and the location was very convenient to stores and restaurants, but I wasn’t told about the incidentals charge or how it worked, so I was shocked when it appeared on my bank statement; the charge wasn’t processed, yet it still confused me until I talked to the front desk.

The rooms were very clean. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which was the only thing that could have been improved.

Everything was very clean, breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was very clean and smelled pleasantly fresh, unlike other hotels that smell old. Breakfast was very varied, and bottled water was available whenever I wanted; it's great.
