It was clean. The room was tiny, with no space at all. The double bed was actually two beds that separated. They don’t allow you to use the kitchen.

Nothing, I didn’t even get inside, had to pay a taxi to get to this far‑off spot from the center, who knows what they meant by “optimal location.” Walking is possible, but I think they wrongfully kept 0arecch8 penalty money. It’s very far from Castelsardo’s center; you need a car to get there. I paid for a taxi but refused to enter, asked for a refund immediately, yet they kept too much penalty money. I don’t know when the partial refund will arrive. I strongly advise against this place – it’s impossible to reach on foot. It’s desolate.

The property is furnished in Sardinian style, meticulously detailed. The terrace is huge with a castle view, all very evocative. It’s equipped with appliances and everything needed for a stay and meal prep. There’s no person to greet you.

The accommodation was stylish, clean, and the terrace spacious with breathtaking views that never seemed to get old; parking isn’t right in front of the building but you can still park here, and the location on the edge of town is exactly what we wanted, with everything within easy walking distance. The downside was that cooking wasn’t possible because the stove and kettle were not working, which was a real shame.

The spot in Castelsardo and the terrace view were pretty great, but when we arrived we hadn’t received any check‑in instructions, so we waited an hour for the host to give us a key‑box code. We almost had no water for half a day, and the little that came out was brown – apparently normal, yet no explanation was offered. The fridge barely cooled, so our milk went bad after two days, and the dishwasher leaked, soaking the whole kitchen floor. There was no guidance on waste sorting, so the kitchen counter stayed full of rubbish until the host finally came by, which she didn’t do daily.
